• Cold Calling
• Handling phone/email queries related to Sales
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Managing meetings, demos, and training
• Strong ability to understand client requirements and communication
• Good documentation skills related to proposal writing
• Generation and conversion of leads for our variety of product & services IT / software product and services
• Knowledge of Internet marketing - social media marketing, SEO, Online advertisement
• Lead Generation from Internet/Other sources
• Do Regular Reporting to the senior management
• Take Follow up with potential clients till the successful closure of the deal
• Self-motivated, with an inclination towards learning and grasping new concepts
• Achieve sales target
• Build and maintain relationships with the customers
• Ability to explain the technical concept in simple term
• Work on new marketing strategies and create new internet campaigns for company offerings

IT / IT Related Service Engineer (Fresher / Experience):

• Fundamental of computers and Networking
• Readiness to learn new technology, Devices and its operations
• Call documentation
• Good communication skills
• Maintaining good relations with the customers
• Diploma / B.E. with Electrical, Electronics, E.C. will be given preference
• Understanding of Biometrics devices, Firewall, NAS, Smart home solutions, CCTV, Interactive Board, RFID preferable
